Liquid Gas Transfer
Liquid gas can be transferred over water, road, rail or via a pipeline. During the transfer of liquid cargoes like chemicals and hydrocarbons, harmful fugitive gases such as methane may be emitted during loading and unloading activities.
CSH delivers solutions, in close partnership with compressor suppliers, that recover the vapours. These vapours can for instance be used as fuel for engines or converted back to liquid cargo. Our solutions reduce harmful emissions escaping into the atmosphere and maximise the reuse of the gases e.g. by using them to fuel the ship’s engine.
We can design, assemble, test, commission, and maintain LNG boil off compressor systems for inland, coastal and sea going vessels or for onshore applications.
