At Compressor Systems Holland, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to minimizing our environmental footprint by adopting sustainable practices across our operations. This includes reducing waste, conserving resources, and optimizing energy usage for heating and cooling.
Our facilities reflect this commitment: solar panels installed on our workshop building provide renewable energy, and our office and workshop boast an A+++++ energy rating.
We take pride in supporting local and regional economies. Between 70% and 90% of the suppliers we work with are regional Dutch entrepreneurs, while 80% to 90% of our components are manufactured within the European Union. This approach not only ensures high-quality production but also reduces transportation emissions, contributing to a greener supply chain.
Sustainability extends beyond operations—our Equipment Re-Use Program exemplifies this. By promoting the refurbishment and re-use of existing equipment, we significantly reduce the overall carbon footprint associated with manufacturing new components.
When original drawings are available, we can restore equipment to its original condition using advanced machining and refurbishment techniques, eliminating the need for entirely new components.
Through initiatives like energy-efficient operations, regional manufacturing, and equipment re-use, we continue to champion sustainability and environmental responsibility. Together with our customers and partners, we are committed to building a more sustainable industrial future.
